Commercial real estate owners, users, and investors look to expertise in attaining their needs. At CBC Green & Green, we have many agents working to obtain the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. CCIMs receive exceptional education specific to commercial and investment real estate and have a thorough understanding of their marketplace.
The nationally recognized professional designation, was established in 1969 and is awarded by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of the National Association of Realtors. Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIMs), are recognized commercial real estate professionals who understand the complexities of today’s real estate transaction. CCIMs are backed by an exceptional education in investment real estate and a thorough understanding of the marketplace. The designation represents the equivalent of graduate-level training in commercial real estate practices.
There only are about 9,700 CCIM designees in the US, compared to the one million Realtor® members of the National Association of Realtors®.
