There were 18 sales in the 3rd quarter of 2025. Throughout recent years, 14 to 15 sales has been considered an average amount of sales activity in a quarter. While being above average is great, it is important to remember the 2nd quarter was one of the slowest quarters in recent years. Secondly, the amount of commercial space sold was quite low in the 3rd quarter, at 97,000 square feet.
